sketches of Eddie’s father. I think this is the only time I’ve ever had a clear vision for a character’s parent. He’s an overworked, overstressed, no-nonsense businessman who resented his father for being a pirate and is disappointed that his son is doing the same instead of something more worthwhile. This is tentatively Eddie’s mother. She works with plants and is generally sweet I think. I don’t know, I feel like I’m going to explore her personality and design a bit more sometime. The only thing I feel really confident on right now is she works with plants. Haven’t come up with names for either.
